**Join West Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center as an Assistant Director of Nursing!**## Job DetailsWest Hartford Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead day-to-day nursing operations and support high-quality resident care. In this role, you will assist with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies. You will report directly to the Director of Nursing.### Purpose of the PositionThe Assistant Director of Nursing Services supports the Director of Nursing by helping oversee the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department.
