Our growing private school is seeking an exceptional Middle School Math Teacher to inspire and engage students in grades 6–8. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate educator who values academic excellence, meaningful student relationships, and a collaborative school culture.
We are looking for a teacher who can make mathematics relevant, approachable, and engaging while helping students develop confidence, critical-thinking skills, and a genuine appreciation for learning.
Position DetailsPart-time position
Afternoon/PM hours, M-Th 12:45-4:45 PM , Fridays 11:00-2 PM
Small class sizes

Teach middle school mathematics to students in grades 6–8
Create engaging, well-structured lessons that meet students' diverse learning needs
Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic growth
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and administration
Collaborate with colleagues to support student success and school initiatives
Bachelor's degree required
Teaching experience in mathematics and/or middle school education preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
