Job Type: Contract / Contract to hire

Required Technologies: Wireless/LTE, Telecom MSO, IMS, Voice networks, Telecom Server and Infrastructure background

Detailed experience in Telecom Cable service Infrastructure area – Strategy building experience required.

In-depth Service Management Experience. – required.

Implemented a Service Catalog from scratch. – required.

Very good understanding of ITIL concepts. – required.

Detailed knowledge and experience in defining and implementing service metrics. – required.

Performs advanced areas of work for the professional field; Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.

Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. – required.

Independently performs assignments with general direction on expected results. Determines and develops solutions; Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. – required.

Requires critical thinking, accountability, leadership, and customer-centric soft skills.

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of various infrastructure specializations necessary to complete complex assignments. Advanced knowledge of organization's technologies and broader best practices necessary to collaborate across diverse topics (product, industry, professional, technical). Greater than 50% individual contributor work.

May facilitate completion of projects or assignments, including service definition, technical collaboration, and validating and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.

Provide Consultative, Strategic, Conceptual, and Directional support for all infrastructure and platform designs.
