HCM Training Specialist

Position Title: HCM Training Specialist Location: Atlanta, Georgia Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $33 - $40.00 per hour Position Description Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HCM Training Specialist to support state agencies in implementing and training on Georgia’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, View email address on click.appcast.io. This contract role involves delivering comprehensive training on Workday Core HCM modules, including Compensation and Talent Optimization, to HR professionals and agency staff across Georgia. The ideal candidate will excel in developing engaging training programs, analyzing HR data, and providing technical expertise to enhance talent acquisition and performance management initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, maintaining and updating training materials, and supporting the agency’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing education. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, improve training effectiveness, and ensure policies and system functionalities are accurately conveyed.
