Responsibilities: Assist the outside sales team in helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the Regional Sales Manager Help to service an existing customer base with questions and concerns while continuing to expand current sales orders and requests Drive sales of current products by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends with both inside and outside sales teams Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts during down time Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track calls and activities performed Assist warehouse operations with making hose assemblies Counter sales and support Qualifications: 3+ years of customer service experience required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing industry preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Highly organized, with the ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Echelon Supply and Service provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
