ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jose Olguin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in the Bixby Knolls area.
• Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM or by appointment.
• I am a proud graduate of the University of Florida.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
