Production Lead - CNC Turning

The Production Lead - CNC Turning is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our CNC turning department. This individual will ensure the efficient and high-quality production of precision parts, lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in CNC turning, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail and quality.

Key responsibilities include overseeing production, team leadership and development, process improvement, maintenance and troubleshooting, and reporting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist, leadership experience, proficiency in CNC turning, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and physical requirements such as the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
