Assistant Salon Manager

Are you a driven salon professional ready to take the next step in your career? Peyton Company , a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Assistant Salon Manager to help lead one of our eastern Twin Cities locations.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay $22–$46/hr including tips and bonuses
Additional bonus opportunities up to $100/month based on salon performance

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
Great Clips experience strongly preferred
A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit

What You'll Be Responsible for:

Leading and motivating your team to perform at their best
Managing day-to-day salon operations along with the salon manager
Coaching and developing stylists to grow in their careers
Maintaining Great Clips brand standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
