Account Receivable/Collections Specialist
Fort Worth, TX
This is an amazing opportunity for an AR/Collections rep to earn $25.00 hourly with a 1st Shift schedule and bonuses. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days. Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.
What you'll do as: Account Receivable/Collections Specialist:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Collaborate with internal departments
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience in soft collections of past due accounts
- Ability to read and understand an AR ageing and credit terms for accounts
- Proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable communicating with outside customers by phone and email
- Strong organizational skills
