Accounts Receivable Specialist Full-time Regular FULL TIME Corporate Facility, Fort Worth, TX, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 2022 Salary Range: $20.00 To $26.00 Hourly Job Description Self‑motivated individual who has good communication skills, can multi‑task, adjust well to change, and is a team player. Working in a fast paced environment, duties include weekly data entry, customer billing, collections & accounting. Individual must have an understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, and general project accounting. Minimum Requirements Payroll and verification skills required. Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting systems required. Ability to use Access is a plus. Must be able to fluently read, write, speak English. All employees are required to have a valid Texas Driver License in good standing throughout their employment with us. Preferred Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 3‑5 years of accounts receivable experience is preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to move freely, including ability to stoop and bend at the knees and waist. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
