Accounts Receivable Associate
Location : Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $22 – $23 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Launch new customer relationships by setting up accounts and processing credit applications with accuracy and speed.
• Analyze credit reports, request trade references, and confidently communicate credit approvals or declines.
• Own and maintain customer account data, including contact updates, tax exemption status, and system accuracy.
• Drive collections efforts through professional phone and email outreach while delivering top-tier customer service.
• Manage monthly statements, process incoming payments and desktop deposits, and ensure daily financial activity is completed with precision.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or accounting support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams with accurate 10-key data entry (minimum 40 WPM).
• Detail-oriented with clear communication skills and a proactive, dependable work style.

Preferred Skills
• Experience reviewing credit reports and evaluating trade references.
• Familiarity with resale certificates and tax exemption documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
