This is a consultative, relationship‑driven sales role with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, research, and direct client outreach Schedule and lead client meetings to position Kforce’s staffing, project, and technology consulting solutions Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and become a market expert Understand client strategies, goals, and workforce needs Deliver engaging, consultative presentations to decision‑makers Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and fees Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver high‑quality talent solutions to clients Manage client relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle to expand account penetration Monitor and ensure ongoing client satisfaction Grow client accounts Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in staffing or sales experience Strong consultative, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies quickly Training & Development Comprehensive onboarding with individual and classroom training Job shadowing, mentorship, and unlimited online learning Ongoing coaching and professional development Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $88,900 PLUS Uncapped monthly commissions based on performance metrics 17 days PTO (increasing with tenure) 8 paid holidays PLUS firm closure for one week during the holidays Quarterly award shows and annual incentive trips for top performers Multiple career paths in sales and leadership (500+ internal promotions last year) 401(k) with match Parental leave Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Equal Opportunity Employer Kforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains veterans and disabled affirmative action programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
