Summary CentraCare is seeking CRNAs to join their Anesthesia department based in Willmar, MN Schedule Casual position, with the option to work when convenient for you Shifts available Mon- Fri, 7am – 3:30pm Occasional late shifts Pay and Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $132.99 - $172.89 per hour Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Qualifications Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Current licensure as an APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) in the State of Minnesota. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Successful completion of medical staff office credentialing must be completed prior to working without a preceptor. Successful completion of third-party payer credentialing must be completed prior to billing for services Preferred Knowledge of growth and development principles over the entire life span of the patient population to include neonate to geriatric. Ability to observe, assess, and interpret patient age specific data, reaction, treatments, progress, and outcomes. Knowledge of current anesthesia principles and practices, agents, equipment, devices, and techniques. Knowledge of emergency medical procedures Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals and the general public. Department Information The Anesthesiology Department includes 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs providing services in both the hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The team manages a broad range of cases, including peds, OB, ENT, general, robotic, ortho, GYN, urology, podiatry, endoscopy, epidurals, and pain blocks. Using a combination of medical direction and CRNA-only models, CRNAs average approximately 10 cases per day at the surgery center and 4 per day in the hospital. The department utilizes the Epic EMR system to support clinical documentation and care coordination.
