Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims benefit and enrollment issues.
• Makes routine account visits.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Sales license may be required.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
• Client facing experience preferred.
• Account management experience preferred.
