Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Providing strategic compliance and regulatory advice, the full-time Manager, Regulatory Compliance will ensure effective risk management across various jurisdictions while partnering with Governance & Control teams to enhance compliance frameworks and controls. Key responsibilities Identify applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) and provide compliance advisory support for business processes and controls Partner with business stakeholders to design and enhance compliance controls, recommending mitigation strategies Assess compliance impacts and advise on prioritizing actions to address identified compliance risks and gaps Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, privacy, or regulatory advisory within the financial services industry Experience in governance, risk management, or operational risk management within the financial services industry Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and advise on compliance risks Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., J.D.) preferred Strong relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
