Travel RN - Case Manager
Location: Wichita, KS
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Travel RN Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires expertise in case management, specifically focusing on cardiac and medical step-down units. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and mid-levels in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct case management assessments and discharge planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Manage patient care efficiently in the CPCU and PCU settings
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1 year current acute care Case Manager RN experience
- RN license or Licensed Social Worker in Kansas
- BLS certification
- Meditech and Midas experience preferred
