Primary Function: Under the direction and supervision of the F & I Director, this position is responsible for producing revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers for pre-owned and new vehicle sales. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in work performed. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive. Duties and Responsibilities: Complete all state and federal paperwork in a legal manner to protect the company assets Sells financing opportunities to all customers including; service contracts, appearance protection, GAP insurance, and additional ancillary insurance products. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with finance sources including manufacturer finance companies. Prepares and submits finance paperwork to obtain approval from the finance sources(s) on all finance deals. Works closely with the sales personnel in scheduling the delivery of customer vehicles. Ensures that all paperwork is complete and ready for processing. Meets monthly department objectives. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and Saturday's. Communicates work accomplishments and activities to supervisor on a regular basis. Attends weekly sales meetings What we need from you: High School diploma/GED; college degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred Previous F & I dealership experience preferred Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate with a diverse group of people Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to details and ability to follow through Must have ability to work well in a team-based environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Willis Automotive
