IT Specialist (APPSW/DATAMGT).

Duties As An IT Specialist (APPSW/DATAMGT), You Will Provide authoritative technical leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight to a team of federal specialists, contractors (including System Administrators and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Developers), and business partners. Design complex application architectures, managing multi-system data integrations, establishing development standards, and providing expert technical advice to management and senior agency officials on the Financial Planning and Analysis Cloud (FPAC) ecosystem. Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support of complex enterprise-wide software applications and integrations within the Oracle Cloud EPM environment. Ensure strict adherence to federal information security (INFOSEC) requirements, data handling standards, and NIST guidelines across the entire FPAC cloud infrastructure. Manage core system administration tasks, including EPM metadata management, application maintenance, performance tuning, and user security provisioning. BASIC REQUIREMENT:

Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Specialized experience for this position is defined as: 1) performing a variety of work involving planning, development, implementation, and administration of systems for the acquisition, storage, integration, transfer and retrieval of data; 2) performing work involving the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software (such as Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM)); AND 3) leading new system development projects or major enhancements to existing system development projects.
