Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address their specific issues.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to provide individual therapy aimed at promoting personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to their treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may have difficulty with in-person visits, ensuring accessibility to high-quality care.
• Diligently maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to uphold the highest ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices, new therapeutic modalities, and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R).
• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for maintaining a client caseload and managing administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly with outpatient services. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will enhance efficiency and documentation accuracy. Experience providing teletherapy is also a significant asset, given our commitment to accessible mental health services.
