Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role offers you the flexibility to work from your chosen environment while maintaining regular communication with our team through technology. Our operational hours span from Monday to Saturday, promoting a patient-centered schedule that allows you to manage your caseload effectively. At Zenea Care, we provide in-house credentialing assistance and comprehensive management of insurance participation and client scheduling to support your practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to identify mental health needs and craft appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and triage of patients, ensuring timely access to care for those in need.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicating effectively through documentation and regular meetings to establish coordinated care plans for clients.
• Provide case management for assigned patients, which entails consulting with both hospital and community professionals to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to departmental and ethical standards.
• Deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions, aiding patients in developing and fulfilling their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients we serve span a diverse demographic spectrum, encompassing individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a therapist at Zenea Care, you will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, providing tailored therapeutic interventions that address their unique situations and promote recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, contributing to a manageable caseload.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing counseling and therapy services.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it requires adaptability to virtual therapy sessions and understanding of digital client engagement.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), will enhance your ability to meet client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
