Leads cross-functional project teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring delivery against defined objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of projects within assigned portfoliosDevelop detailed project plans, charters, schedules, and communication plansManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets using standard templates and toolsFacilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and decision makingTrack progress, remove barriers, and escalate issues to Leadership as appropriateAdditional ResponsibilitiesEnsure all projects follow defined intake, governance, and reporting requirementsProvide accurate project updates through dashboards, status reports, and executive summariesSupport benefit tracking and post-project reviews to confirm value realizationBuild and maintain strong working relationships across business functionsServe as the primary communication point for project sponsors, team members, and stakeholdersContinued ResponsibilitiesManage expectations through proactive communication and transparencyApply lessons learned and feedback to continuously improve project execution and governanceContribute to the PM Center of Excellence (COE) initiativesCoach business leads and team members on PM best practices and change adoptionOther duties as assigned Added ResponsibilitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, or other related field, required3-5 years of project management experiencePMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferredExperience managing cross-functional or enterprise projects with meaurable impactStrong project management disciplineExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to analyze and synthesize information and present project updatesFinancial acumen-abiltily to understand and track project budgets and benefitsProficiency with project management and reporting tools (Smartsheet, PowerBI, other)Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiativesBilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plusBenefitsMarket competitive compensation401(k) and Roth with company match.
