Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier

Ratios: 1:2

Years of experience REQ: 1.5 years ICU experience required. Prefer 1.5 years MICU. If less than 2 years, Level I experience is required

MUST have exp. in a 20+ bed ICU

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: every other

Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, within service line; float to MS areas within ICU service line

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals accepted: No, Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility radius

Pending License accepted: Yes

RTO Restrictions: please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract

Guaranteed Hours: Yes

Special Requirements: Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required pressor support, ETT, Trachs, feeding tubes, chest tubes, wound care sterile technique: line insertion, paracentesis, bedside trach placement, chest tubes, broncoscopy, phlebotomy

Preferred: CRRT exp, Swanz, inhaled and IV Flolan, CVVHD, Proning, MTP- Level 1 Rapid Transfuser

• If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation).

• If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.
