Strategic Executive Assistant to the Auxiliary Bishop
Archdiocese of Seattle
Archdiocese of Seattle seeks an executive assistant to the Auxiliary Bishop. You will draft correspondence, manage calendars, and arrange travel and lodging for the Bishop, including visas and other requirements. You will also support mailings, minutes, and office tasks, collaborating with Archbishop staff on event attendance and expense tracking.
