To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve insurance and payment inquiries, and adhere to client-specific protocols in a high-tech environment. Key responsibilities: Handle billing and payment issues through calls, utilizing established work queues and call pools Respond to patient inquiries professionally and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with relevant laws Investigate client inquiries and monitor payment arrangements as needed Required qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for additional support roles
