What You'll Do As an LPN, you'll play an essential role in providing exceptional care to residents in our skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation community. Working alongside our interdisciplinary team, you will: Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Monitor resident health and promptly communicate changes in condition. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Support residents and families with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Mentor and support nursing assistants while fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Sunny Vista standards of excellence. What You'll Bring Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred, but compassionate new graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. A genuine passion for caring for seniors and helping them live with dignity and purpose. A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
