Senior Debt Accountant, Real Estate Portfolio

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Senior Accountant, Debt to join our team and produce monthly financial statements for assigned portfolios. You will oversee the monthly close, review reconciliations, and assist with investor reports, while coordinating with offshore staff accountants. The role requires 2+ years accounting experience, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and a commitment to ethics and accuracy.
