RADIOLOGY TECH MANAGER

Our culture is built on teamwork, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where employees are empowered to lead, develop professionally, and make a meaningful impact.If you are a motivated leader who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams, Pueblo Medical Imaging offers the opportunity to grow your career while making a difference every day.Position SummaryThe Radiology Technology Manager Monitors the operational activities of assigned radiology staff and daily operations of outpatient facility while performing radiology procedures and complying with safety and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesE Provide proficient understanding and execution of all essential job duties needed for technical position at PMI.Provide daily technical supervision for all modalities and staff at assigned location.Maintain staff schedules, including coverage for sick calls and PTO.Monitor and facilitate training in specified department.Coordinate research studies and ensure accuracy and efficiency.Work with Director of Operations to conduct annual performance reviews for all technical staff at assigned location.Create and maintain protocols for specified department.Perform and monitor daily/weekly/monthly QC as required by department.Monitor and enforce staff adherence to policies, procedures, and standards of operation and assist Director of Operations in issuing disciplinary action as needed.Monitor dosimetry badge uploads for compliance.Maintain mammo tracking/letters for all locations as assigned.Review processes to decrease delays and improve patient experience and customer service.Renew and update information for all PMI equipment licenses with the State of Nevada.Communicate with vendors covering linens and service/repairs/maintenance on all equipment as assigned.Keep pars on inventory supply purchases needed at outpatient centers, including monitoring pricing changes.Train and support peers and new team members, sharing knowledge, demonstrating best practices, and ensuring consistency in processes across the department.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSThree years previous experience as an MRI, CT, Mammography, or Ultrasound Tech.Three to five years previous managerial/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.ARRT license or ACR accreditation requirements must be met for all modalities performed (MR & CT).Ability to successfully complete essential functions of the job.Ability to read, understand, write, speak and follow English instructions.
