Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in an in-person educational setting near Seattle, WA. Multiple full-time opportunities are available for the 2026-2027 school year, including both traditional full schedules and a .7 FTE position. You'll collaborate with educators and families to help students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP-CCC credentials required
• Washington State SLP License and ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Required fingerprint clearance through OSPI
• Previous experience in a school-based environment working with K-12 populations is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students across a K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapeutic services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate student records and required documentation
• Engage in team meetings and participate in professional development as needed
• Advocate for student needs and contribute insights to school-wide intervention strategies

These assignments feature well-defined caseload limits, typically ranging from 48 to 60 students, and each role offers the opportunity to work onsite with supportive colleagues. You'll play a vital role in students' growth—helping them find their voices and reach their potential.
