Inside Sales Representative

Compensation: USD 75,000 - USD 85,000 - hourly Company Description SUMMARY: An Inside Sales Associate I processes orders and quotations via fax, email or telephone handling the overall coordination and execution of customer service for the manufacturer’s we represent. Other tasks of the inside sales team include educating clients and up selling products and services, and handling cancellation or changes while informing the personnel or departments involved. Job Description Job Functions Excellent Customer Service Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette Promptly respond to all emails, voicemails and phone calls Promptly and accurately process customers’ orders, quotes or returns Provide follow up on quotes and orders throughout sales process Obtain and communicate accurate information Provide pricing, availability and delivery information Set up new customer accounts Handle and resolve customer complaints while escalating to appropriate managers when necessary Qualifications KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Basic understanding of product lines represented Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably with experience in an office environment Ability to work both independently and in a teamwork environment Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel Additional Information Competitive compensation, benefits package, retirement offerings, and additional employee programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr SmartRecruiters, Inc.
