Patient Communication Specialist

Supporting both patients and cardiology clinic customers, the full-time remote Patient Communication Specialist will facilitate accurate interactions, manage appointment scheduling, and monitor patient connectivity with home monitoring equipment. Key responsibilities Initiates, receives, and documents interactions with patients while providing outstanding customer service Completes data entry and appointment scheduling across multiple information systems Collaborates with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and assists leadership with projects as directed Required qualifications High school diploma/GED required; college or technical degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac devices preferred Excellent internet and technology skills, with experience in EHR and remote monitoring tools preferred Demonstrated ability to remain professional and courteous with customers Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred
