Scheduling Coordinator

Overview We’re looking for a Hybrid - Scheduling Coordinator for our client. If you have 2-5 years of experience in Scheduling & Coordination and logistics or supply chain, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence. What You'll Do Scheduling & Coordination Manage daily and weekly transportation schedules for Ankaa fleet and third-party carriers. Confirm dock appointments and coordinate with warehouse clerks and drivers. Monitor and update scheduling systems such as Ryder, WMI, and other scheduling platforms. Operational Support Assist with documentation, appointment confirmations, and load tracking Help resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders What You Bring 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple functions. Familiarity with scheduling platforms and ERP systems (Ryder, WMI).
