Contracts Administrator

Intuitive Surgical
Contracts Administrator role supporting contract preparation, negotiation, and database management at a medical device company. Position involves drafting agreements, maintaining filing systems, and collaborating with legal staff in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate standard agreement terms and conditions
- Draft simple contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Maintain and update contract management database with accurate information
- Support contract negotiators with drafting, processing, and document organization
- Generate reports and manage contract administration filing system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant business experience
- Knowledge of general contracting terms and standard agreement language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Paralegal certification preferred
