Qualifications:

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric therapy is welcomed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based OT services for elementary-aged students
• Manage a caseload of 42 students, ensuring individualized support and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams on intervention planning
• Develop and implement treatment plans that foster functional independence in students
• Maintain thorough and timely progress reports
