This role is located near Montesano, WA, and offers an immediate start, continuing through June 23rd, 2027. Qualifications:

• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required
• Experience in school settings or working with elementary-aged children is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to providing student-centered, evidence-based therapy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 42 elementary students
• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support educational and developmental goals
• Collaborate closely with special education teachers, classroom staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and progress reporting
• Create and implement interventions that facilitate independence, participation, and skill-building within the school environment
• Provide support and training to educators and staff on integrating therapeutic strategies in the classroom
