The Sales Manager will lead a small team of sales professionals, focusing on driving new client acquisition, business development, and enhancing sales channels. Reporting directly to the Director, this role emphasizes strategic sales planning, customer management, and building strong client relationships without the requirement for travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
- Lead negotiation processes to secure agreements
- Forecast sales and manage budget allocations
- Drive client acquisition and new business development
- Build and nurture sales channels
- Oversee and support a small sales team (1-5 members)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Expertise in sales strategy and customer relationship management
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong negotiation and business development capabilities
