Are you an experienced OB/GYN seeking the flexibility of per diem shifts in one of California s most iconic desert destinations? We are looking for a dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a premier practice in Palm Springs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with robust subspecialty support while enjoying an unmatched quality of life.

Work within a leading medical center that serves as a vital healthcare resource for the Coachella Valley.

• Clinical Scope: Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and GYN emergency coverage.

• Subspecialty Support: Collaborate with an affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and Neonatology practice.

• Facility Highlights: The facility features a 30-bed Level III NICU the only one in the region and a hospital-based clinic specifically for high-risk expectant mothers.

• Shift Structure: 24-hour in-house shifts.

• Volume: The practice attends approximately 30 deliveries per month.

To maintain high standards of care and ensure a smooth credentialing process, candidates must meet the following:

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN (ABMS/AOA).

• Licensure: Active California State Medical License is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience.

• Required Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last 30 days) and a completed prescreen questionnaire are required at the time of submission.
