Senior Director, Medical Affairs Learning & Development
Dyne Therapeutics
Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director to design and implement Medical Affairs learning and capability-building initiatives as the company prepares for commercialization. The role focuses on developing integrated training programs that enable Medical Affairs teams to effectively communicate complex scientific and clinical information.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Medical Affairs learning strategy aligned with commercialization goals
- Develop integrated training programs for Medical Affairs teams
- Build organizational capability to communicate complex scientific and clinical content
- Lead Medical Affairs team development and readiness planning
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years medical affairs experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record designing and executing training and capability programs
- Strong understanding of medical affairs functions and commercialization processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
