Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Position Summary Seeking a BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services across home, school, and community settings. The role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, caregiver training, and data-driven case management. Responsibilities Conduct FBAs and behavioral assessments. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior therapists. Provide caregiver training and support. Monitor data and adjust treatment programs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, and other professionals. Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Active BCBA certification. Florida licensure, where required. Strong communication and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
