Marketing Proposal Specialist

Supporting a talented technical team, the full-time Marketing Proposal Specialist will develop compliant and compelling proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQs), manage proposal processes, and create marketing materials, with the option to work remotely during standard Pacific Time business hours. Key responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of proposal and SOQ preparation, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs Draft and edit content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while maintaining content libraries Support targeted marketing campaigns through research, analytics, and the execution of promotional initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or public relations with four years of relevant experience, or eight years of directly related experience Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and marketing plan development Ability to produce well-organized and clearly presented marketing materials and proposals Strong skills in interviewing technical practitioners for content development
