Make every visit memorable.As a Bartender at Red Robin, you will craft and serve beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar, and provide top-notch guest service.In this role, you will:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and quality standardsEngage guests with friendly and attentive serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areaMonitor guest consumption and follow all laws regarding age and alcohol serviceAssist with inventory control and restocking suppliesWork closely with servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless serviceQualificationsMust be 21 years or olderExperience in bartending or customer service preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to responsible alcohol service and guest safetyBenefitsAs a Bartender, you will receive:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement plansPay Range: $13.00 per hour - $15.00 per hourDisclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower.
