The Interim Recruiter will provide day to day talent acquisition support while the organization backfills a full time recruiting role. This position will focus on high volume production recruiting, sourcing candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers and external vendors to meet staffing demands. The role may also support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires during this interim period. Worksite Location: Onsite – Northwestern Metro area, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $35-$45, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for high volume production roles
• Source candidates using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
• Collaborate with third party recruiting vendors supporting production hiring efforts
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within Paycom
• Support onboarding activities as needed to ensure a smooth new hire experience
• Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in high volume or production environments
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards and recruiting platforms
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in fast paced settings
• Familiarity working with third party recruiting vendors preferred
• Experience with Paycom or similar ATS/HRIS systems
• Ability to work onsite in a hands on, team oriented environment
• Strong communication, organization, and follow through skills
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to jump in quickly and add value
