Social Media Specialist

Reports To: Chief Marketing OfficerStart Date: Negotiable, but as soon as possibleChip Theory Games is seeking a full-time specialist who will manage all social media platforms for both the Chip Theory Games and Neon Knight Games lines of products. In addition to those responsibilities, they will assist in other marketing initiatives as needed. For Chip Theory and Neon Knights social media presence, this position will manage, create, design, and schedule multiple social media posts across all major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. They will work to grow our audience of followers on all platforms with compelling, engaging, entertaining and informative content with a special focus on short form video in conjunction with Chip Theorys head of video. The Social Media Specialist will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of paid advertising on social platforms as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience working with the Meta platforms suite, TikTok, X, YouTube and all major social media platforms. Exceptional candidates will be fantastic and clever writers, comfortable being both behind and in front of a camera, and have the ability to create well-edited shortform video content regularly and quickly. Graphic design experience is a huge plus. This position is required to be in-office four days a week, with one optional work-from-home day each week. Salary and Benefits: Salary depends on the candidates experience and expertise.
