Permit Processing & Customer Service Specialist

The City of Conroe is seeking a Permit Technician responsible for providing top-notch customer service while issuing various permits. This role includes handling inquiries from the public via phone, email, and in-person, assisting in completing necessary forms for the permitting process. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a building or planning department and a willingness to obtain the ICBO Permit Technician certification within the first year of employment.
