Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

We’re hiring board‑certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA) contractors to conduct in‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Provide a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Do not schedule visits during nights or weekends (shifts available Monday‑Sunday). Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $1,800 to $3,000 each week; average 6‑9 visits daily, base rate of $70 per completed assessment. Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for qualifying visits. Short‑term or long‑term basis availability incentives based on weekly availability. Malpractice coverage is provided. Pre‑scheduled in‑home visits with health plan members. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility).
