You still have to make the calls, follow up, build relationships, show homes, negotiate, and do the work, but the team makes it as plug-and-play as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads

• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and a personal network

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

• Show properties and guide clients through the buying and selling process

• Negotiate contracts and advocate for clients

• Participate in team training, coaching, and masterminds

• Use our proven systems and technology to manage the pipeline and transactions

• Deliver a 5-star experience that creates your repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas real estate license or currently working toward licensure

• Full-time commitment to residential real estate sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Coachability and willingness to learn

• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic

• Comfort with prospecting, following up, and having conversations

• A growth mindset and desire to increase production

Prior sales experience is helpful, but your drive, attitude, and willingness to learn matter more to us than how many homes you’ve already sold.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 first year

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of lead calls and build your database
• Ability to confidently and patiently nurture leads until they are ready to transact
• Show properties across San Antonio to interested clients
• Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare a market analysis to determine the property value for sales
• Educate clients on real estate procedures
• Work with your Transaction Management team to close the deal
• Provide a 5-star experience to everyone you work with

Qualifications:

• Active Texas real estate license
• Full-time availability and flexibility for evenings/weekends
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed at a high level
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizes and manages time effectively
• Go-getter, energetic personality
• Team player, coachable, and has a growth mindset
• Sales experience and a successful record are preferred
