Director, MENA & Americas - BD & Capabilities

Raytheon

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Director for MENA and Americas Requirements & Capabilities to drive business development and customer engagement across key regions. You will translate mission needs into strategies, shape investment priorities, and coordinate with engineering, program management, and strategy teams. You will serve as the Joint Staff CAM, track priorities, and maintain strong relationships, while leading or supporting gate reviews and proposal development.
