Benefits Coordinator

Benefits CoordinatorAs a compassionate benefits coordinator on the SCAD Atlanta HR team, you'll work closely with the senior director of benefits and risk management to ensure employees receive helpful and friendly assistance with benefits claims issues and plan changes as needed. You'll join a supportive team that responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollment, status changes, and more.To support the HR team and other SCAD community members, you'll:Provide administrative support for all benefits-related processes and initiatives, including the open enrollment process and the Healthy by Design wellness programRespond to 60-day survey follow-up inquiriesManage the pre-employment testing workflow for new hires, support the medical leave process, and payment processing for all benefits invoicesUpload, record, and pull benefits documents as needed, and maintain accurate files for benefits dataMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degreeAt least three years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experienceTravel required: Less than 10%Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
