ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in January 2021 and has grown into a team of eight. I came into the role as an external hire, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong focus on building a high‑performing, supportive team environment. I'm a graduate of North Carolina State University and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Augusta. Giving back and staying involved in the community is something I'm very passionate about. For our team, we offer a $200 monthly health stipend, reimbursement for licensing costs, quarterly team outings, regular team lunches, and a strong emphasis on work‑life balance. Our office culture is fun, competitive, and driven. We regularly run contests and incentives to keep things engaging while pushing each other to achieve results. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Morgan Brinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:
