This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. This geography covers most of Delaware including Wilmington, New Castle, Seaford, and Dover, Vineland, Salisbury, Ocean City, Cape Charles, and the surrounding areas. Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory. They combine deep clinical expertise, strategic account planning and business acumen, and purposeful execution to improve outcomes for patients while advancing the organization’s mission, including Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals. A CAE must be able to build trusted partnerships with customers, think like business owners, and collaborate across the oncology ecosystem to create long-term value for patients, customers, and the organization - which includes but is not limited to, responsible resource allocation, a commitment to operating principles and compliant, high ethical standards. Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities: - SALES EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership. Strong preference for Multiple Myeloma experience. - BUSINESS ACUMEN: Thinks strategically about customers, key accounts, and market dynamics to prioritize opportunities and maximize sustainable business impact across in-field teams. - PURPOSEFUL EXECUTION: Consistently translates strategy into focused action, balancing urgency with discipline while executing with precision.

These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases. - 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
