We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support hiring efforts within Workplace Health & Safety. This role is heavily focused on sourcing Director and senior-level leadership talent across a national network. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive sourcing expertise, the ability to engage passive talent, and a high-touch approach to candidate management. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage passive Director and senior-level candidates across the U.S., with a focus on Workplace Health & Safety and related functions
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Conduct in-depth candidate qualification calls to assess leadership experience, alignment, and readiness for executive-level roles
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Prepare candidates for interviews by setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process
• Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress toward hiring goals
• Support a hiring target of approximately 3–4 hires per month within a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 5-6+ years of recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting
• Proven success sourcing and engaging Director and executive-level talent
• Strong passive sourcing skills and experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to effectively evaluate and qualify senior-level candidates
• Experience in Workplace Health & Safety, operations, or related fields is preferred
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with a recruiting team

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
